This is a low odor, ready mixed fine aggregate masonry waterproofing coating specifically designed to waterproof both interior and exterior, above or below grade cementitious substrates. It penetrates surface pores to become an integral part of the masonry substrate and forms a tough waterproof barrier. Its sand finish texture reconditions masonry substrates that show signs of spalling or deterioration due to excessive surface moisture. It provides excellent coverage, is alkali and mildew resistant, and may be applied to slightly damp masonry substrates. This coating will withstand up to 10 PSI of water pressure when applied to bare masonry substrates.
