Gripset 11Y SBR Latex Admixture

Gripset 11Y is a state-of-the-art SBR latex admixture designed to enhance the performance of cement-based compounds. Waterproof Thin-Build Coatings & Feather Finishes:

1. Create a mixing liquid with 1:1 Gripset 11Y and water (or use a site mix alternative).
2. Add mixing liquid to Gripset DM powder or sand/cement mixture.
3. Apply onto wet or damp primer.

High Bonding Water-Resistant Screeds and Renders:

1. Mix 1 part cement to 3 parts fine wash sand (optional: add up to 20% lime by volume of cement).
2. Create a mixing liquid with 1:3 Gripset 11Y and water.
3. Mix the liquid into the sand/cement compound.
4. Apply onto wet or damp primer.

Repair Mortars:

1. Follow the same steps as for Waterproof Thin-Build Coatings, but use a 1:1 mixing liquid ratio for Gripset DM powder or a site mortar mix alternative.

Improving Cement-Based Adhesives and Grouts:

1. Create a mixing liquid with 1:3 Gripset 11Y and water (1:2 for immersed areas).
2. Mix into the dry compound until desired consistency is achieved.
